2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• Tournexa reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Travel Documentation

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including visas, passports, and any required permits. Tournexa is not liable for issues arising from inadequate documentation.

5. Liability Limitation

Tournexa acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Tournexa reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or force majeure events. We will make every effort to notify you of significant changes in advance.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
